Replacement Registration

After successfully registering your product below, you will be able to order your replacement in the Eligible Replacements section of your account for free, with a small shipping charge. Please note that only products purchased from AT&T are eligible for registration or free replacement.

I recognize that I may be asked to provide proof of purchase and that I must return my original Fellowes Mobile camera protector within 60 days from receipt of my replacement product. I also understand that my card will be charged the full price for the replacement if the original product is not returned within this time.
